DigitalNation BMS — Ledger Reports

The customer says. “Show me my full account.”

You open the notebook. Search for the customer’s pages. Flip through slips. Some entries in pencil, some in pen.

Ten minutes later, the picture still isn’t clear.

You present it to the customer — he doubts it. “This doesn’t look right.”

Your time lost, the customer’s trust lost too.

When you open Ledger Reports, two reports appear:

  • Customer Ledger — every customer’s account
  • Supplier Ledger — every supplier’s account

Each report has the full history — every sale, every payment, every return, and a running balance.

If a customer asks — turn the screen. The truth in two seconds.

Two ledgers — two reports

Your business has two sides:

Report Whose account
Customer Ledger Customer’s — who owes you
Supplier Ledger Supplier’s — who you owe

Both are Tabs 4 and 5 on the Reports page.
