DigitalNation BMS — Stock & Products Reports

The question comes. “Which item is selling the most?”

You’re not sure.

  • How are the mobiles doing?
  • Chargers, batteries, cables — which sells most?
  • Which items are sitting still, not selling?
  • What’s my total stock worth?
  • Which product gives the most profit?

You dig through the notebook, count, doubt lingers.

And the biggest problem — what to order, what to stop, how to decide?

DigitalNation BMS (Business Management Software) Stock Reports — a clear picture in one click.

Two reports — telling you the complete truth about your stock and products:

  • Stock Report — the state of your stock
  • Product Report — performance of each product

If a product isn’t selling:

  • It’s sitting in stock
  • Markup too high

  • Or it’s a slow mover

The report shows which products lag behind.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between Stock Report and Product Report?
  • Stock Report — what’s there, and its value
  • Product Report — what sold, and its profit
How do I know which item gives the most profit?

Product Report → sort by “Profit”. Top items appear first.

What if a product isn't selling?

Look at the “Not sold” card in Product Report. Stock shows in yellow or red.

Can I view the report for just one product?

Yes. In the Product Report, use the product filter — just that one.

Is stock value based on purchase or sale price?

Both appear:

  • Stock value — purchase price
  • Retail value — sale price
  • Difference — potential profit
Is the low-stock alert automatic?

Yes. For each product, you set a threshold (e.g., 5 units). When stock falls below, an alert appears.

Can I view reports on mobile?

Yes. Fully mobile-responsive.

Is the PDF in Urdu?

Yes. In Urdu mode, the PDF generates in Urdu (RTL).

Can I send the report to my supplier?

Yes. Build the PDF → send on WhatsApp.

How do I find products that aren't selling?

Product Report → sort by “Units sold” — from lowest to highest. The bottom ones aren’t selling.

Is the margin calculation automatic?

Yes, if you’ve entered the purchase price for the product.

Can I view multiple products in one list?

Yes. Use category or brand filter — all products in that group.

Important notes

💡 Check stock weekly Every week, Stock Report — low stock and out of stock immediately visible. Order on time.

💡 Top 10 products list From Product Report — what’s selling, clear picture. Increase their stock.

💡 Look from a profit angle High sales alone aren’t enough — check profit percentage too. If a slow seller gives higher margin, promote it.

💡 Give orders based on numbers Before ordering from a supplier, check the report. Order only what sells.

💡 Preserve the PDFs Every month’s PDF — annual comparison, tax, insurance, bank — all easier.
