Terms of Service
The rules and guidelines for using DigitalNation and our business management software.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using DigitalNation ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users, including vendors, their employees, customers, and any other parties who access the Service.
2. Description of Service
DigitalNation provides cloud-based business management software for Pakistani entrepreneurs. The Service includes inventory management, sales tracking, customer credit (udhaar) management, installment agreements, reporting, and related features.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian
- Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws in Pakistan or your jurisdiction
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful material
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without written permission
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
5. Subscription & Payment
5.1 Free Trial
New users receive a 7-day free trial with all features unlocked. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you may choose to subscribe to a paid plan.
5.2 Paid Plans
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually as selected. All fees are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
5.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
6. Data Ownership
You can export your data at any time in CSV or PDF format. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days.
7. Data Security
We take data security seriously. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, backed up daily, and stored on secure servers. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its code, design, logo, and content (excluding your data), is owned by DigitalNation and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services (payment processors, WhatsApp, SMS providers). Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigitalNation is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Business interruption or loss of opportunity
- Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the last 12 months
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You will be notified via email. Serious violations (illegal activity, fraud, abuse) may result in immediate termination without notice.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
